'A piece of chocolate caramel slice and a TRIM cappa, thanks!'

I'm sure the guy behind the counter at The Globe cafe think I'm a nutter. Now and then, when I get the urge to splurge I really have to go for a piece of their chocolate caramel slice, which has an inestimable number of calories and can actually cause your soul to ascend by the time you get to the final delicious bite. In the interests of stretching out the experience I usually get a nonfat cappuccino with that and am forever impressed with the waiters ability to only let one eyebrow rise just a little when I put in my order. Anyway, today was the day and yet again, he did well. ;) Then I came home and fell asleep for two hours when the sugar coma came rolling in.

I've posted a new recipe on the Sana site. It's a super easy main dish that I found in Donna Hay magazine. I am beginning to get a collection of food magazines that may one day rival Keks level of food mag obsession. *Thinks*.. so that's why she is moving to a bigger house!

  1. You got me there! Most of the foodie mags have gone in the recycling bin (boohoo!). But I'll have room for lots of new ones in the new place....

I've given you a Thinking Blogger award, Sweets - come and visit my blog for the details.

Oh, and I'm so with you on the skim milk capp with the wickedly indulgent dessert. Doesn't everyone do that?
