I felt a bit moody today that my weight has not budged since Sunday, still 59.3kg. For some reason, lack of scale movement always makes me want to eat sugar.. probably just because I feel like I’m not accomplishing my goal and this brings me down, when in fact that’s just a big fat lie! My fatloss has never been linear and I need to just get a grip and learn to handle it, not resort to icecream. The day was almost rescued with an egg-whte omelette, although I generally try to avoid that ‘making up for past sins’ approach to food - it does funny things to my mind. Today I figured enough is enough and I really didn’t need a big dinner.
1. Oatwhites, banana
2. ‘Smart’ cookie, 4 x Omega 3 capsules
3. Leftover Rogan josh curry from last night
4. Pruffin, 6 x Omega 3 caps, peanut slab
5. Icecream (gah!)
6. Eggwhite omelette

Well done not having a hissy and resorting to food, I too do that too often... but am hanging in there at the moment and finally doing well!
