TT update WEEK TEN, day 1

The Jase: 'Have you noticed that the toilet is broken?'
Me: 'mmm... no'
Jase: 'yes, it's got a big crack in the bowl, we have to get a new one, in the meantime try not to sit down too hard'

Week 10, Day 1
(Week 5, Day 1 of official TT competition challenge)

At the start of week 10 I have kissed goodbye to 7.3lb (3.3kg) so far. The last few weeks have been slower with fatloss, but I know that I can do better with just a bit more intensity in my training and a whole lot more SELF BELIEF. I will do an update photo on Wednesday when I have a free evening. The weekend was all wild, crazy fun and no pic…

Thinking back to that wild weekend, it was so nice to go out and not feel like Blobby Mclard. I slipped into a dress that I had grown out of, and was only half expecting it to zip up, but it did!! I even felt a little bit cute and didn’t have a single ‘I’m fat’ thought all night. I think that feeling of freedom from self-consciousness is the best payback for all those weeks of training.

I woke up this morning feeling keen to get into my workout. I was even up before Monty (cat) started his morning ‘wake up Sara’ routine, which mostly involves patting my eyelids with his paws and purring loudly right into my ear.
