TT update - THE LAST FOUR WEEKS!

Eat-stop-eat update now re-scheduled for tomorrow, ok? I really just need to quit my job and find a way to turn blogging into a valid career.

TT challenge – WEEK 9, DAY 1

Here begins the FINAL FOUR WEEKS OF MY TT CHALLENGE.
I am now 59.1kg (down from 60.3 at the start of my challenge), so that’s 2.6 lbs lost. If I can crank it up just a little and get past the 58kg point by week 12 I’ll be more than happy.

Training
No training today, but I did start the day with half an hour of stretching and pilates. I need to apply myself to some ‘aggressive’ lower back rehab. It’s been playing up and I’m working on mobilisation to see if this helps. I’ve had conflicting professional advice regarding whether or not to mobilise the lower back, but it’s been getting quickly worse since I stopped doing anything that takes my back out of neutral, so I’m experimenting with yoga stretches, just feeling out what seems to actually help.
