TT W10, D5 update

TT challenge – WEEK 10, DAY 5

Ok! finally, after a week off training and some higher calorie days and a weight spike, and lots of salsa dancing, my scale weight has come down nicely to 58.8kg. This puts me just into the 120’s if we convert to lb’s, and so that seems somehow significant. I’ve lost 10 lbs since I started this fatloss caper back in September last year, 7.7lbs since I started TT in December ‘07 and 3.3lbs since the start of my competition challenge.

Workout B
I'm still a bit ouchy from Workout A and the split squats and one-legged deadlifts tested me more than usual. Then, just to really rub it in, along came the one legged hamstring curls - evil!

Eats.
Today went seriously off beam at the end of the day. After a few wines I did lose control and stuff myself with mudcake. There is a definite trend with me to become unreasonably attracted to chocolate after a few wines. It’s not great but there is no point getting wound up about it. I know this is a long term project and I have to ride the waves of it and learn from my mistakes.
1. Oatwhites with berries and greek yogurt
2. 5 x Omega 3 caps
3. Pumpkin and tofu quiche, salad, moro gold bar
4. 7 almonds, a few raisins, 20g chocolate
5. Fried chicken, salad, 2 glasses of red wine and an extraordinary amount of mud cake.

Calories: 3000

Water: 3L
Supplements:
5g Omega 3 Fish Oil

    Uh...the wine and chocolate thing? Me too.... I'm staying away from alcohol altogether for now. I obviously can't be trusted. Boo!
