Lunch today. It's a lamb, chicken and leek concoction, with veges underneath and roasted chickpeas and almonds on the top.
Breakfast yesterday. It's a green omlette, lots of spinach and onions. Tomato salsa on top and again with the chickpeas.Chicken and veges in a white wine sauce.
This is a variation on Chicken Provencal. It's got some white kidney beans in there for carbs and looks far more delectable once actually on the plate.
Mmm, nice warm food for cold winter nights.
