Fat people and pro bodybuilders need not apply

I was interested to read that China is taking what is considered a very hardline approach to international adoption of Chinese babies. Anyone with a BMI of 40 or more is ineligible. To be fair - given that obesity is defined as a BMI over 30 - a BMI of greater than 40 would indicate that a person is either very, very fat.. or Ronnie Coleman. His BMI is 41.2.
