Today I did a measure up for the end of week 8. I am definitely smaller and now I know by how much exactly.
Calf: -0.5cm (not a lot to lose there)
Above knee: -0.5cm
Thigh at widest: -1.5cm
Hip at boniest part: -5cm (do I get a woooohooo?!)
Waist at tummy button: -5.5cm (and again?)
Neck: -1.25cm
Chest just under boobs: -2cm
The tan effect on todays pic is just an illusion caused by the 'white balance' setting on the camera. I must remember that!
