Today I completed my first 24 hour fast, because I'm thinking.. if I'm going to do Eat-Stop-Eat then I'd might as well do it as perfectly as I can. It was harder to get to 6.30pm without eating and I did have a few too many coffees, but again I got through an extraordinary amount of study and housework (yes, housework, I'm glad nobody caught me at it). The difficulty is almost entirely psychological because I don't really have any physical problems – no intensive hunger, no weakness, in fact I feel really good. The issue is boredom and missing the routine of eating.I'm going to give Eat-Stop-Eat another month and then seriously evaluate and see what I think based on results.

Fasting until 6.30pm

1. Lara bar (pecan), 6 Omega 3 capsules
2. Lean beef stirfry with chickpeas and roasted pumpkin, Moro black bar.

6g Omega 3 Fish Oil

2g L-Glutamine
