TT challenge – WEEK 10, DAY 3

Training

Turbulence Training Feb ’08 circuit workout A

Warmup circuit
Y-squat - 10 reps
Off-set pushups - 6 reps per side
Stick-up – 10 reps
Mountain Climber – 8 reps per side

A)DB Push Press 6 with 9kg DB's
B) DB Deep Step-up 8 reps. 5kg DB's
C) Stability ball rollout 15 reps
D) DB Reverse lunge 8 reps per side with 7kg DB's
E) Spiderman pushups – 14 (7 per side). Still working up slowly in line with how my wrist is progressing.
F) DB Row – 8 reps with 10kg
G) Dumbell Swings – 15 reps, 7kg DB.

Eats.
1. Oatwhites with berries and greek yogurt
2. 5 x Omega 3 caps
3. Pumpkin and tofu quiche, salad, steamed courgette
4. 1 apple, 10 almonds, 5 x Omega 3 caps
5. Roast lamb, essene bread, salad, chutney
6. Vanilla WPC in water. I’m developing some new flavours at the moment and fully believe in trying them on myself. Sometimes you only know if it works or not after you get to day five and suddenly can’t stand it anymore!
