The BREAKTHROUGH Challenge is about to kick off and if you want to be a part of it, put your ears (eyes?) on now.
I conceived the idea of forming a support group to run in conjunction with the next Turbulence Training Challenge, primarily because I am ready to push myself to a new level and thought I would like to be part of a focus group of individuals that likewise were in the mood to crank it up a gear. The idea was to create some group momentum and to use mutual support and/or buttkicking to inspire and motivate each other. The idea of a 'breakthrough' is personally important to me right now. For the past few years I've been pretty much going up and down the same stretch of road you might say, in terms of health and fitness. I would get to the point that I am at now and then gain back 5kg or so, then I'd get myself together and repeat the process. It's been a similar sort of progression with my other goals - personal, business. A little bit of progress then a little bit of 'backspring', like a freaking rubber band that stretches to a certain point then has to ping back to a set level. In the last TT Challenge I got myself again to that point at which I am quite happy but not really thrilled with my body composition, fitness and self-dedication. I decided that what I need is a breakthrough effort, and after putting out the call, I found a number of kindred spirits, one of whom, Lisa, designed our rockin' logo.
Now there are 15 of us and we have decided that, in order to preserve the personality of the group we will make the 30th of April the last day that you can become a member of the Breakthrough Group. You can still enter the Turbulence Training Challenge until May 31st, but if you want to be in the Breakthrough Group, let us know in the next few days. All you have to do is sign up for TT, then email me and I'll do a group intro and get you filled in on the details. And, lucky you, CB just added a bunch of new free downloads when you join, and you also get a three month free forum membership with even the most basic version of TT. Go ye!
